Hit Out at Dementia

A Walking Cricket session, tailored to individuals over 50, who have dementia, may be at risk or care for someone with dementia or for those wanting to improve their physical, mental & social fitness.

Chair based exercising

Sit Strong

A fun, engaging and progressive chair-based exercise session. Sit Strong is beneficial to everyone, especially those who may have limited mobility or struggle with physical activity but still want to be active.

A walking football programme, tailored to individuals over 60, who have dementia, may be at risk or care for someone with dementia or for those wanting to improve their physical, mental & social fitness.
