FUNdamentals Holiday Camp - 27th & 28th May

Join us on our 2 day event during May half-term! 

 

Supported by BBC Children in Need, our multi-sport programme provides inclusive and FUN provision for children aged 5-11 to improve their physical, mental and social fitness during the school holidays.

Move for Memory 

Our community fundraiser event 

We're so excited to be hosting our first community event on Friday 29th May.

Our goal is to make this our BIGGEST Sit Strong (Chair exercise) session yet! 

We are raising money to support our Wellbeing+ programme, to continue supporting our community through our accessible sport interventions. 

- Free for Wellbeing+ members

- £2 for non members

- Cake & hot drinks available

FUNdamentals 16-25 

Supported by the National Lottery Awards for All, FUNdamentals 16-25 is a free, 12-week programme offering weekly exercises. It is designed to help young people build confidence, routine and a positive relationship with physical activity.
